Friends showed up, and need a quick meal!!!

So a few friends stopped by, and well it would be rude to not offer them dinner!!! So what to do…

Grab some Denver Steaks, throw them in the sink with cold water.

Grab a few beers to distract the friends.

Set the oven to 375

Chop some unions…lots of unions…

Prep the cast iron skillets, quick spray of olive oil..

Steaks are thawed…place them in the skillets, salt, pepper, garlic, and for me…some cajun. Flip and repeat.

Add unions to pan around the edges, couple shots of bourbon and some Worcestershire sauce.

Pop them in the oven, set your timer for 8 minutes.

Few more beers

Pull out flip over, set your timer for 8 minutes.

Few more beers

Pull out flip over, set the oven to Broil – High and DO NOT FORGET to set your timer for 4 minutes

Now personally, I like to serve in the cast iron skillet…that is your choice!!!
