Here is how we work.
1. Create your account with your contact info and Delivery Address.
2. Place your order here utilizing the Shopping Cart Feature.
3. Select your Delivery Date. If you have constraints please put them in the order notes, and we will do our best to work around them.
4. We will get your order packed and email you an estimate with what we packed for you.
5. If everything looks correct, reply to the estimate with Accepted, or Need to update, with information
6. You can pay the invoice online or pay the driver cash/credit upon delivery.
7. Between 9 PM and 10 PM the night before delivery you will receive a 1 hour delivery window via text.
8. On the day of delivery, you will receive text updates if we get ahead of or behind schedule so you will know when we are coming.
9. You will receive a 30 minute text warning when we are getting close.
