Here is how we work.

1. Place your order here by telling me what you want.

2. Provide your address, phone number, and email for delivery and invoicing

3. Provide any delivery time constraints – i.e. I won’t be home from 10-Noon, etc.

4. We will get your order packed and email you an estimate with what we packed for you.

5. If everything looks correct, accept the estimate and it will turn into an invoice.

6. You can pay the invoice online or pay the driver cash/credit upon delivery.

7. Between 9 PM and 10 PM the night before delivery you will receive a 1 hour delivery window via text.

8. On the day of delivery, you will receive text updates i we get ahead of or behind schedule so you will know when we are coming.

9. You will receive a 30 minute text warning when we are getting close.
